چکیده

This report describes tachyeardiaand bradycardia-dependent left bundle branch block in a patient who exhibited normal intraventricular conduction with impulses intermediate in timing. During bradyeardia, longer cycles were associated with increasing degrees of incomplete left bundle branch block. These clinical observations support the existence of slow Phase 4 depolarization of latent pacemaker cells as one of the mechanisms for abnormalities of conduction.

Effects of Isoproterenol on Bradyeardia - dependent Intra - His and Left Bundle Branch Blocks Luis

The electrophysiologic study of a patient with a history of fainting showed firstand seconddegree Mobitz type I intraatrial and intra-His (IH) bundle blocks. Tachycardia and bradycardia-dependent IH block and bradycardia-dependent left bundle branch block were also present. Bradycardia-dependent block was probably caused by slight hypopolarization plus a slow rising slope of phase 4 depolarizat...

Rate dependent left bundle branch block with gradual transition between normal intraventricular conduction and complete left bundle branch block. A case report.

A case of 70-year-old woman with ischemic heart disease is presented. The electrocardiogram showed atrial fibrillation and a tachycardia-dependent, left bundle branch block. A number of intermediate QRS patterns from normal intraventricular conduction to complete left bundle branch block were seen, and the transition was gradual. Increasing grades of aberrance were seen following a shorter prec...
